Info breakfast held in preparation for the Gyeonggi Startup Summit 2025
An info breakfast dedicated to the open call for Serbian startups to join the Gyeonggi Startup Summit (GSS) was held on August 29, 2025, at the SKIP Center in Belgrade.
The event was organized by Innovation Factory with the goal of giving local startups and innovation teams a clearer understanding of the participation opportunities, application requirements, and key benefits offered through the program.
During the session, attendees were introduced to essential details about the selection process and the support that will be provided to the four selected startups. This includes free participation at the conference, a branded exhibition booth, scheduled one-on-one meetings with investors, and logistical assistance for travel and accommodation in Korea.
Representatives of the Gyeonggi Startup Summit also joined the event online, presenting this year’s concept, priority industry areas, and plans for expanding international collaboration.
A special segment of the program highlighted the latest support initiatives by NALED, offering participants an overview of new funding and development opportunities for startups in Korea and the wider Asian market.
The info breakfast brought together startups, innovation organizations, and support institutions from across Serbia. The atmosphere was both productive and inspiring, with numerous concrete questions, new connections, and early plans for coordinated participation within the Serbian delegation at GSS.
